Cleveland Avenue Bike Lanes Open Letter

This summer, the city is proposing to stripe bike lanes on Cleveland Avenue between Highland Parkway and Summit Avenue as called for in the Saint Paul Bikeways Plan. The SPBC and Women On Bikes recently wrote a letter to City Council Members, County Commissioners, and City/County Public Works Staff regarding these proposed bike lanes. It focuses on the Randolph and Cleveland intersection. You can read a PDF of the letter at--
